GWECC offers multi-facited products and services to insure successful project implementation. In an effort to ease the complexities of waste-to-energy project development, GWECC has identified the following core services that serve as the cornerstones for GWECC system-integrators and proposed projects. For additional detailed information regarding the following services, please inquiry at our Contact Us page.
Feasibility Study
The Feasibility Study is a necessary and critical element for the implementation of a successful waste-to-energy project. The study is a two phase process that outlines the preliminary and primary steps in identifying a viable project. The preliminary phase identifies if the project is viable. This is conducted through a series of pre-determined questions identifying location feasibility, ownership structure, project logistics and preliminary waste feedstock analysis. Phase two is the process by which the project has already been approved for construction and includes the final key elements for project implementation including but not limited to permitting, regulatory & entitlement approvals, financial projections, capital structure, customer information, competition, marketing, and sales & distribution.
GWECC Financial
GWECC Financial is an exclusive municipal financing program offered to qualifying states, counties, cities and other municipalities throughout the US. This program allows for turn-key financing for municipalities seeking to implement waste-to-energy solutions. The program has attracted municipalities throughout the US due to several factors which include but are not limited to the following: Speed of execution, appropriations clause, favorable treatment of statutory debt ceiling, and the municipality maintains beneficial ownership. Please reference the following comparison diagram outlining the differences between standard general obligation bonds vs. GWECC Financial. Performance Guarantee
GWECC understands that waste-to-energy projects are relatively new in the scheme of energy production in comparison to traditional methods of energy production. Due to the inherent risks for project development of this nature and magnitude, GWECC offers a unique performance guarantee which insures against financial loss, project equipment failure and the performance curve of the standards set forth in final project pro-formas. GWECC is the first waste-to-energy pyrolysis conversion company to offer this service, which gives added comfort for public and private projects seeking to implement waste-to-energy technology and facilities. Offering this type of project warranty/guarantee leaves clients and future clients at ease in knowing that their project is backed by an ‘A’ rated insurance company that is backing their project, process, technology and performance risk.
Operations Management
Public and private projects have expressed in the past the need for GWECC employment management services alongside the already standard GWECC technology maintenance service, for the facility’s day-to-day operations. For qualifying projects in the US, GWECC now offers employment hire/management services with the standard GWECC technology maintenance service. This employee management and maintenance system is factored in as part of the operational costs from project onset, accounting for all necessary operations functions to insure that projects are viable from day one. Projects are flexible in that, clients may opt to provide its own employment hire/management services. For more information about how to qualify for the employment management services program, please submit an inquiry via our Contact Us page.
